Husband and I came up with this saying last night, after he grumbled his way through a cold shower. Yeah, I did take a nice, long bath before you got home, honey, but I didn’t think you’d mind – the way I don’t mind that pile of junk in the middle of my freshly cleaned floor.
Yes, after almost 3 years of marriage, we have had a lot of love, a little compromise, a few fights, and when the fights are over, a good helping of humor. We are both creatures of habit, and when we throw wrenches into each other’s routines, it can be pretty comical (for the other person only, of course). Laughter really is the best medicine.
